Each hat features a custom laser-engraved leatherette patch that gives your logo a clean, high-contrast finish with a smooth, consistent look across every order. The patch has a slightly textured, leather-like feel with crisp, dark engraving that adds depth without being overdone. Leatherette is selected for its ability to produce sharp detail and uniform results, making it ideal for clean logos and repeatability at scale.

Every patch is produced in-house and applied using a proven heat-press process with industry-leading adhesive to ensure a strong, lasting hold without peeling or lifting. The end result is a hat that looks sharp, wears comfortably, and holds up over time—something your team will actually want to keep wearing.
