Stellar Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Services

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we do not guarantee exact representation due to screen differences and materials.

3. Custom Orders

Custom products are made based on the information provided at checkout.

By placing a custom order, you confirm:

  • All spelling, design choices, and selections are correct
  • You have the right to use any logos, artwork, or content submitted

Stellar Designs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Inaccurate pricing or product information
  • Issues with payment processing

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Stellar Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key terms include:

  • 10 day reporting window from delivery
  • Custom items are final sale
  • Original shipping costs are non refundable

Failure to follow the policy may result in denial of a return or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Stellar Designs and may not be used without written permission.

For customer-submitted artwork, you grant Stellar Designs a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You also confirm that you have full rights to use any submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of our products
  • Delays in delivery
  • Errors in customer-provided information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
