How Stellar Designs Started

Stellar Designs didn’t start with a business plan. It started with paying attention.

In March 2025, at the Lineman Rodeo in Winter Garden, I stopped at a booth selling hats and asked how business was going. The answer was simple: great. The reason was even simpler. Just about everyone wears a hat.

That stuck with me.

Not just at the rodeo. On job sites, at ballfields, around town. People wear hats every day without thinking twice. But when I got home and started looking at what was actually out there, most of it felt the same.

Rushed. Generic. Built to look good for a moment instead of built to last.

That didn’t sit right.

So in April 2025, my wife and I started Stellar Designs with a simple goal: take something people already wear every day and do it better.

Clean designs. Quality materials. Custom hats that hold up, wear well, and actually represent the name on them.

No shortcuts. Just solid hats built for real use.

BUILT TO HOLD UP AND REPRESENT YOUR NAME

A custom hat should do more than look good when it leaves the shop. It should hold up through regular wear, keep your logo looking sharp, and still feel like something worth putting on months down the road.

That means starting with proven hat styles, using quality materials, and paying attention to the details that matter once the hat is actually being worn. Patch placement, logo clarity, construction, and consistency all play a part.

For businesses, churches, schools, teams, and organizations, that matters even more. Your hats become part of how people recognize your name, whether they are being worn on the job, at events, around town, or in front of customers.

If your name is going on it, the finished hat should represent it well.

What We Do Differently

We keep the process simple and focus on the parts that actually matter: good hat styles, clean patch work, accurate logo placement, and consistent results from one order to the next.

Every custom hat starts with the same goal. Make something that looks right, wears well, and represents the business, team, church, school, or organization behind it without unnecessary extras or complicated ordering.

We also make reordering easier. Once a design is set up, future orders can stay consistent without starting from scratch every time.

Whether you need one hat, a small run, or a larger order, the standard does not change. We build hats people will actually want to wear and that you will be comfortable putting your name on.

Who We Work With

We work with businesses, churches, schools, teams, and organizations that want their hats to look intentional and represent their name well.

That might mean outfitting employees, creating hats for staff or members, building team gear, or simply having a dependable branded option people will actually wear. The order size may change, but the goal stays the same: clean artwork, consistent results, and a finished hat that fits the group behind it.

We also work with customers who only need a small quantity. Select custom hat styles have no minimum order, while larger runs can be built for businesses and organizations that need consistent hats across a team.

If your logo is going on it, we want the finished hat to look like it belongs there.

BUILT WITH A STANDARD

Every hat we make goes through the same basic process: start with the right hat style, make sure the artwork fits the patch, place it correctly, and check the finished piece before it leaves the shop.

We pay attention to the things that make a hat feel finished instead of rushed. Patch size, placement, alignment, color, and overall balance all matter.

The goal is simple. Whether it is your first order or a reorder months later, the finished hats should look like they came from the same place and were built with the same level of care.
